POWER Driven CHAFF CUTTER
KISANCOM make Power Driven Chaff Cutter is fitted on Sturdy Frame with Thick Steel Plate wheel which is balanced and carrying Three Steel Knives which makes the machine very durable. Machine cut Steel Gears are running in enclosed Oil Chamber with all the Shafts fitted with Ball Bearings which makes the Machine run very Smooth and Trouble Free. Feeding of chaff is done through Long M.S Feeding Channel. The chaffed material is Blowed out by string Blower arrangement.
For the safety of theOperator and Machine the feeding can be Reversed without stopping the Machine. The Plate Wheel carrying the Knives and other moving parts are fully covered for safety.
TECHNICAL FEATURES :-
1). RPM required is 600 to 650.
2). Output :- 5000 Kgs. to 6000 Kgs. per Hour (Subjected to Vary for Different kinds of Raw Material).
3). Before Starting the Machine fill the main Gear Box with 500 ml of
Lubricating Oil No.: 90.
4). You can Chaff Sugarcane, Jawar, Maize both Dry and Green.
5). Power required is 7.5 H.P. of Electric Motor and 10 H.P. of Engine.
