TRACTOR Driven CHAFF CUTTER
KISANCOM Tractor Driven Chaff Cutter is a blower type machine which has been developed for commercial use. This machine is fitted on a chassis driven on tires, which is attached with a hook to the Tractor. The Bevel Pinion Gear system is used because of which you can change the motion (Reverse or Forward) instantly. This is a great advantage for the machine operator. All the Gears are machine cut Steel Gears duly Hardened. The length of the cut can be easily changed with the gear lever provided. The main shaft of the Machine is fitted with two anti-friction bearings. The Gear Box and outer box of the machine is fitted with anti-friction bearings. The Fly Wheel of the machine has six fan Blades that throw the chaffed material into the Trolley. The Machine is attached to the Tractor with a PTO Shaft.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:-
- Works with any Tractor through PTO Shaft.
- Output 5000 Kgs. To 6000 Kgs. Per Hour (Subjected to Vary for Different kinds of Raw Material).
- RPM required is 600 to 650.
- Before starting the machine fill the main gearbox with 200 ml Lubricating oil No – 90 and the outer Gear Box with Grease.
- Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1/1(” or 1.5 mm between blades and mouthpiece.
- You can Chaff Sugarcane, Jawar, Maize, both Dry and Green.
- Reduction Gear to be filled with 5 Ltr. of Lubricating Oil Number 90.
